You may install an authorized PartySync extension, use it for its intended watch
party features, and share an unchanged official installation package with other
testers. This permission does not grant access to or a license to reuse PartySync
source code, branding, or backend software. Modification, derivative products,
resale, and redistribution of modified packages require prior written permission
from the copyright owner. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Use your own authorized streaming accounts and comply with the provider's terms.
PartySync is not affiliated with the supported streaming providers. The alpha is
experimental, provided as is, and may change or become unavailable. No warranty
is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your statutory rights
are unaffected. Data handling is described in the accompanying privacy notice.
